Mold is one of the most expensive parts of the injection molding process—we engineer them with the proper design and materials.So Some of the main factors must take into considering:

  • the material to be molded (some plastics are corrosive; others contain abrasive glass fibers)
We also provide mold flow and thermal analysis,ensuring manufacturability. Our engineers will evaluate product base on 3D drawing and give optimization suggestion with their experienced knowledge and training about material behavior and mold design.When the right tooling decisions are made,production is optimized,costs are reduced,and quality and customer satisfaction are improved.
Plastic injection tooling,stamping die,die casting, blow molding,hydroforming die are built in house.Forming plastic parts and metal parts are all made in house.Quality always comes first,the culture of quality have been applied into every management detail at Holdsun.

We utilize high precision machining process for tooling and to make sure the precision of a molded parts as good as the tooling.All tooling is made from high grade tool steel and is fully designed,assembled,tested,and modified for dimensional accuracy.The main goal of mold design and tooling is to create a product that meets all customer specifications with highest possible manufacturability and at the lowest possible cost.
